Russian vice prime minister says weather in Blagoveshchensk differs from that of Baku

Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has written on Twitter "The weather in Blagoveshchensk is slightly different from that in Baku" today and posted a photo taken from a high altitude. The "epic" joke was made after Rogozin's visit to the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Baku yesterday. Dozens of users have retweetted it.
