The Electronic Healthcare Center of the Azerbaijani Healthcare Ministry has opened in Baku within the framework of the Electronic Azerbaijan program. Healthcare Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev, Director of the National Oncological Center Academician Jamil Aliyev, Rector of the Azerbaijani Medical University Academician Akhliman Amiraslanov and heads of research institutes of the ministry attended the opening, AzerTAG reports.
Lyaman Mursagulova of the Healthcare Ministry noted that the main goals of the Center were transparency, timely, qualitative and efficient social services. Citizens will have direct access to highly-skilled specialists, bypassing functionaries.
A special board will keep people informed about their treatment progress. All procedures will be effectuated by professionals trained at specialized courses. 10 specialists offer 15 types of services, most of them medical.
