Israel's decision to freeze funding transfers for the needs of the Palestinian people's administration is a war crime. This opinion was expressed yesterday by Palestinian official Saeb Erekat.
"This decision is a new Israeli war crime, but we will not back down under pressure," Erekat is quoted by Gazeta.ru.
As previously reported by Vestnik Kavkaza, Israel froze the transfer of funds to the Palestinians and threatened to take the PNA leadership to international courts. This decision was made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, after consulting with his ministers about the fact that Palestine had referred signed documents of accession to the International Criminal Court to the UN.
