Russian Muslims celebrate birthday of Prophet MuhammadToday, Muslims all over the world celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. Tens of thousands of believers arrived in Grozny to look at sacred relics at the main mosque in the city known as the Heart of Chechnya.It has become a tradition to celebrate this event on a large scale in Chechnya. In addition to the relics of the Prophet Muhammad and his disciples, the mosques contains relics of Caucasian religious leaders who lived there in the 19th century. Relics were exhibited only for one day, but thousands of believers managed to have a look at them.
