Kazakhstan will test the combat readiness of troops

The press service of the Ministry of Defense revealed that Kazakhstan plans to check the combat readiness of the military.

"Between now and 9 January 2015 issues of alertness will be worked out from soldier to general, on staff at all levels, including withdrawal of military equipment and deployment of field control points," he said in a statement on the results of the year in the armed forces, News.nur.kz cites.

In addition, it is reported that this year a series of international exercises and competitions, including the participation of Kazakh servicemen, are planned in the framework of improving combat training.

Kazakh soldiers will take part in international competitions between units of armored and airborne troops, artillery, reconnaissance and naval armies of CIS members and other countries.
