Unknown assailants fired at police patrol in the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan. Two policemen were killed and two were wounded.
"Unidentified assailants opened fire on a police vehicle near the village of Oktyabrskoe. According to various sources, two police officers were killed, two others were injured. "Other police chased the car and fired at it, killing one of the attackers," - the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan quoted by Tass.
The police added that the search for the remaining attackers was under way.
