The woman who performed a terrorist act in Istanbul is Elif Sultan Kalsin. She was the student of International relations department of The University of Kojaeli.
Elif Sultan Kalsin's name was added to the list of 9 "living bombs" published by the primary law enforcement governance of Turkey in 2012, Trend reminds.
Right after the publication of the list, Kalsin came out and said that she was not a "living bomb." A female suicide bomber carried out an attack on Istanbul's tourism police in Turkey.
