President of France Francois Hollande stated in his TV address that he has declared national mourning for the victims of the terrorist attack at Charlie Hebdo's office from Thursday.
“Flags will be lowered for three days,” Interfax cites him.
“They are our heroes. Tomorrow will be a day of national mourning. I have signed the act. At noon there will be a minute of silence at all state facilities. I invite the population to join it,” the French President said.
