The Donetsk Oblast is suffering from food shortages, according to its Minister for Agricultural Industry and Food Irina Goncharova, RIA Novosti reports.
In her words, the number of crossing posts has reduced to seven, trucks were not allowed out of the region. She has not clarified what type of food supplies the region was lacking.
