The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, in his personal blog expressed his opinion regarding cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed published in some Western media.
"Another publication of caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad should be regarded only as a manifestation of state extremism. If such displays are supported under the guise of freedom of speech in Western countries, it is a controlled process," Yevkurov wrote.
According to him, "those who are supported by such publications, are themselves doing everything to make people conflict with each other. This controlled process aims for the Muslim and Christian worlds to clash. And the initiators are the authorities themselves."
