The Committee Against Torture, a public organization in Nizhny Novgorod, has been listed on the registry of NCOs as a foreign agent, according to the federal law on non-commercial organizations, Interfax reports. The organization had a conflict with the Chechen authorities over the terrorist attack on the Printing House in Grozny.
