They are inhabitants of the Chechen Republic, and of many other subjects of the Russian Federation," RIA Novosti cites his comment on Instagram. As "Vestnik Kavkaza" reported, the initiators of this action were Chechen religious leaders, who banned the publication of cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed as offensive.
