Abdullatipov condemns publication of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad

The head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdullatipov, has condemned the publication of the Prophet Mohammed's caricatures.

"Many public figures and journalists in several countries of the West haven't learned anything, neither from this immoral ignorance, nor from the tragedy that caused the deaths of people. Fairly condemning terrorism, they continue to offend the religious feelings of Muslims, true believers of the world," TASS cited him.

According to the head of the republic, the logical consequence of this is that "the Muslim part of the population of Western countries began to organize protests, demanding the authorities to stop such provocations that could lead to sectarian conflicts and destabilization of the situation."
