The International Red Cross Committee has visited Azerbaijani prisoners Dilgam Askerov and Shakhbaz Guliyev in Armenia. The IRRC exchanged messages with the detained men.
Azerbaijani citizen Gasan Gasanov was killed trespassing in the Kalbajar District in mid-2014. Shakhbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Askerov accompanying him were detained.
