The head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov has congratulated students on Tatiana's Day, the day of Russian students.
"The student community is a huge creative force capable of changing the world," he said.
"Dagestan has always been full of smart, talented and hardworking young people. Today, great opportunities to express themselves, to propose ideas for the development of their native land are open to Dagestani youth. We must all work together to address the problems that have been accumulating in the country for decades," Abdulatipov said.
