Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan did not appear to meet traders who conducted a four-hour protest in front of the government building.
The protesters decided to meet again tomorrow in front of the government building. They will join representatives of small and medium-sized businesses from the region, the ru.a1plus.am portal reports.
According to the law "On Value-treatment", representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, starting October 1 of last year, must pay tax as a percentage of their turnover -instead of the former 3.5%. But for this, traders had to document their turnover to the full extent and had to have an invoice for each item. After protests, application of the law was postponed until February 1.
