Armen Dzigarkhanyan, People's Artist of the USSR, a theatre and movie actor, was decorated with the Order of Honor by the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, News Armenia reports.
The famous actor celebrated his 75th anniversary on Sunday. Sargsyan sent him a congratulatory message, wishing him health and prosperity.
Armen Dzigarkhanyan has appeared in more than 170 films, according to IMDb. This does not include TV series, voiceovers and uncredited appearances. Some suggest the real figure is over 200 films, and this figure gave him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
