The mayor of Stavropol awards local resident who reported car-bomb.

The mayor of Stavropol, Nikolay Paltsev, has awarded a valuable gold
watch to a local resident, a Mr Aleshin, who reported a mined car on
September 30, Interfax reports. Acknowledgements for competent and
prompt actions will be also delivered to the EDDS shift who took
Aleshin’s call that day. The mayor appealed to his countrymen with a
request to be vigilant and to promptly report suspicious situations.
