Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree, according to which the plan of action for the preparations and celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was complemented, the website of the Russian government reports.
"The signed order to the plan, in particular includes: the organization of exhibitions of unique military geographic materials from the collections of the Russian Geographical Society, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Moscow State University and the Russian Academy of Sciences, an international social-patriotic project "Our Great Victory" with the participation of the Russian public organization of veterans Combat Brotherhood, carrying out the social-patriotic marathon Strong Spirit with the participation of disabled veterans and injured, including wheelchair users," he said in a statement, Interfax reports.
The plan also includes the creation of a museum of armored vehicles in the village of Prokhorovka in the Belgorod region.
