Azerbaijan marks the Day of Youth on February 2.
The first forum of Azerbaijani youth was held upon the initiative of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in 1996 and involved more than 2,000 representatives of youth organizations from all regions of the country.
The forum defined the responsibilities facing the state bodies, youth organizations, and every young person.
