A project “Regional research and development of tourism in the north-western corridor” has been presented at the Azerbaijani Ministry for Culture and Tourism today. Officials of the Ministry for Industry and Economy, World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) attended the presentation, abc.az reports.According to the project, modern tourism infrastructure will be developed in Gobustan, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Qabala, Oghuz, Shaki, Qakh, Zaqatala and Balakan. The project focuses on creation of new and modernization of existing tourism products, support for small and medium-scale business, improvement of service quality and realization of advanced market ideas.
