In Jordan two terrorists linked to Islamic State have been executed in accordance with their death sentences handed down earlier.
This execution was a response to IS killed Jordanian pilot Moaz Al-Yousef al-Kaseasbeh, who was burned alive by extremists.
In particular, two people were executed in Jordan: Iraqi citizen Sajida al-Rishawi, who took part in attacks on three luxury hotels in the Jordanian capital Amman in 2005 (the bombings left more than 60 people dead), and Ziad al-Karbuli or Abu Hedifa, associate of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi,the head of Al-Qaeda in Iraq, who was eliminated in 2007 by the Jordanian intelligence services, Tass reports.
