Russian Deputy Education Ministry Natalya Tretyak has approved compulsory anthem singing imposed by the Education Ministry of the Kaluga Oblast, TASS reports.
Pupils will sing the anthem before the start of lessons every day. The idea to sing the national anthem belongs to Governor Anatoly Artamonov.
