Only one out of 19 centers for migrants remains active, it has 9 people.Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergey Ivanov said in late January that new refugees could start arriving from Ukraine. Refugees from the Rostov Oblast may be sent to different regions of Russia again in that case.
