The speaker of the parliament of the breakaway Lugansk People's Republic, Alexei Karjakin, reported today that the militia of the LC has started to redeploy artillery from the frontline.
"We have started withdrawal of heavy artillery. Our soldiers are in positions. We are taking all the steps to end the war," he said.
According to Tass, Karjakin also said that the People's Council of the LC approved a package of measures aimed at implementing the agreements reached in Minsk on 12 February
