Sadovnichy talked about the MSU branch in Baku as an example of successful cooperation between the Moscow State University and CIS."For ten years, five branches of the Moscow University have been working in such CIS countries as Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine, although the Sevastopol branch has now become Russian," Sadovnichy said.According to him, the branches of Moscow State University abroad are neglected because initially did not require any funding from the Russian Federation. He urged Russian authorities to financially support these institutions.
