An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale jolted Mormouri in the western province of Ilam late on Sunday evening.
According to the report of seismological center affiliated to Tehran University's Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 19:35 hours GMT and its epicenter was at 32.70 degrees latitude and 47.54 degrees longitude and at a depth of 10 kilometers underground.
There are no immediate reports of possible casualties or damage," Trend news agency reports.
