A fisherman in Krasnodar has been hospitalized with hand and face burns after using explosives for fishing in a boat on the River Kuban. The fisherman’s explosives allegedly detonated in his hands, Interfax reports.
The police checked the scene of the incident and found a box with 500g of gray-colored substance, possibly gunpowder. The substance was sent for examination.
