The office of the “North-South” Politological Center will host a round-table conference called “Interreligious dialogue – the factor of stable development of the South Caucasus” in Baku on March 3. Its participants will discuss threats of radical Islam in the South Caucasus, effective mechanisms to oppose terrorism and extremism in the Caucasus, the role of traditional Islam and Orthodox Christianity in interreligious and interethnic dialogue in the region.Experts will make a joint evaluation for the situation in the Middle East and its negative influence on the South Caucasus Region.The conference starts at the press center of Trend (Baku, Bakhtiyar Vakhabzadeh Street, 14) at 11.00am.
