1 billion rubles to be spent on construction of puppet theater in Crimea

 

Crimean Minister for Culture Arina Novoselskaya said that a new puppet theater will be built over the old one for over 1 billion rubles at the center of Simferopol. Designs of the best puppet theaters of Russia will be taken for the new construction. The new theater will be called the Crimean Academic Puppet Theater, RIA Novosti reports.The theater will consist of two halls, one with 100 seats, one with 300. The construction will end in late 2017. The construction will be done within the framework of the federal purpose program for development of Crimea until 2020.A new concert hall will be built via a public-private partnership.
