Russia’s Emergencies Ministry’s (EMERCOM) convoy has delivered humanitarian aid to Luhansk, deputy director of EMERCOM National Center for Management in Crisis Situations Oleg Voronov said.
"Fifteen trucks arrived in Luhansk. They delivered more than 100 tons of humanitarian cargo, most of it is food, including baby food," TASS cited him as saying.
After unloading the cargo, the convoy will head back to Russia. The aid delivered today will be sent to those towns which suffer from lack of food and necessities.
