The Traffic Police in the Kursky District of the Stavropol Territory caught a drug courier on February 19 by accident. The courier’s car was stopped for breaking traffic rules. After a check, the driver was identified as a suspect who had been on the international wanted list since 2013 for purchasing, transporting and keeping narcotics, Yuga.ru reports.
