CEO and Chief Constructor of the Ural Construction Bureau of Transport Engineering, Andrei Terlikov, said that Russia may soon move to implement contracts for the supply of T-90MS tanks to countries of the Middle East.
At the arms exhibition IDEX-2015 Terlikov said that in the two years that have passed since the first demonstration of the upgraded model of the tank at the last exhibition, "much has been done to promote this machine in the Middle East."
"After a series of tests, we noted growing interest from potential customers for this vehicle," Terlikov was quoted by TASS.
"Work
went into practice tests and studying the customers," the head of the construction bureau said. "In the near future we could reach the implementation of contracts."
