The construction of the National Militia of All Times Monument has started near the Crimean Council of Ministers. Valery Kryuchev, the author of the monument, associates the monument with the militia of 1612 and 2014, TASS reports.
A demonstration dedicated to the anniversary of Crimean militia was held near the Crimean State Council.
