Azerbaijan commemorated the victims of the Khojaly tragedy with a minute of silence at 5.00pm. All transportation and pedestrians stopped for the minute all over the country. Cars and ships in the Baku Bay, ground and underground trains sounded their horns, APA reports.The state flag of Azerbaijan was lowered at embassies, state structures, military bases and on ships.
