An earthquake measuring 3.4 points hit Iran 60 km south of the town of Meghri at 23:09 pm local time on March 2, the Seismic Protection Service of Armenia said.
The quake's magnitude measured 4-5 points at the epicenter, and its hypocenter was 10 km beneath the surface.
The earthquake was felt in Meghri, measuring 2-3 points. No damage or injuries have been reported, Armenia Today writes.
