A plaintiff in Nalchik (Kabardino-Balkaria) is suspected of embezzling 269,000 rubles. Investigators say that the suspect used his post to initiate execution of rulings worth 10,000 rubles on February 12, 2013, in exchange for 7,000 rubles from the debtor. The plaintiff embezzled the money without paying the debtor, Interfax reports.
The scheme was used seven times, so seven cases were opened against the plaintiff.
