Snow storm about to hit Crimea

A snow storm is coming to Crimea. Wind speeds will reach 25-28m/s. The population was warned about heavy wet snow and ice on the roads. People were recommended to refrain from visiting highlands and forests, avoid buildings in poor condition, old trees, billboards and power lines, the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Crimea reports.
