Turkish plane makes emergency landing after bomb warning

An airplane of Turkish Airlines (THY), flying from Adana to Istanbul, made an emergency landing due to a report of a bomb planted on board, Haber7 news channel reports.


After the plane took off from Adana airport, the ground control informed its pilots that the airport had received an anonymous call about a bomb on board the aircraft, Trend reports.


The pilots decided to fly back to Adana airport. The crew and the passengers of the aircraft were quickly evacuated. But they didn’t find any explosive device on board the aircraft.
