The office of the plenipotentiary presidential envoy to the NCFD has published statistical data on medium education in the North Caucasus. According to the information, over 400 schools in the region function in buildings adapted for classes, 78 schools work in three shifts, RIA Novosti reports.
The office pointed out a serious shortage of room for all pupils and the lack of content for studies. The latter resulted in exceptionally low results at the Unified State Exam last year.
