Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Sergey Melikov said today that ISIS extremists were recruiting students of North Caucasus universities to fight in its ranks. In his words, administrations of the education centers and state authorities should pay special attention to the free-time activities of students, RIA Novosti reports.
Higher education centers have been a convenient sector for promotion of radical and extremist ideologies for many years, serving as magnets for agitators and recruiters, the official added.
