Head of the Russia Muftis Council Rawil Gaynetdin and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin have reached an agreement at the mayor’s office to form an organizing committee for the solemn opening of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque for the Eid-al-Adha in September 2015, RIA Novosti reports.The building will have room for 10,000 people. The official opening is planned in May 2016.
