Unidentified gunmen killed 13 people travelling on a bus through Afghanistan's restive province of Wardak to the city of Kandahar.
The motives for the crime, as well as the principles on which the militants seized the 13 victims, are not clear, Interfax reports with reference to sources.
No group has claimed responsibility for the shootings.
