An explosion ripped through the office of the Turkish magazine Adimlar in the Istanbul district of Kagithane, killing one person and wounding three others, local media report.
Investigators are focusing on the possibility of a bomb attack on the offices of Adimlar magazine. The explosion knocked over walls in the Adimlar building and damaged neighboring structures.
Adimlar magazine and its staff were previously suspected of having close links with Islamists, including members of Islamic State. In recent years, the magazine has sharply criticized the Kurdistan Workers' Party. It is not excluded that Kurdish militants may have committed the attack. An investigation is underway.
