Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved Natalya Khmelnitskaya’s (head of the Tutjdut project) idea to form an online network for migrants. The network will contain a catalogue of vacancies and medical insurance services, Interfax reports.

Khmelnitskaya noted that Russia had 2.5 million migrants from Ukraine, 1.3 million of them being men aged 18-27.
