In the Georgian city of Kobuleti police have found a miscreant suspected of stealing a traffic light. The thief was arrested, the traffic light was found at his home and confiscated.
The detainee fully admitted his guilt. His excuse was that he is a hunter and was going to use the traffic light at night to illuminate the forest, Georgia Online says.
