The dry-cargo ship 'Teymur Ehmedov', sailing under the flag of Azerbaijan, has run aground on the 138.5th kilometer of the Volga-Caspian Canal. The ship is carrying 3011 tons of wheat and has a keel depth of 4m, APA reports.
The ship 'Pyotr Bokanev' will take measures on the canal section on the 138-140th kilometers. On the order of the Olya Port’s captain, traffic on the 138.5th kilometer was halted.
