The 23rd humanitarian aid convoy, carrying more than 1400 tonnes of cargo, is heading to Donbass, TASS cited the message of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations’ National Crisis Management Center.
It includes foodstuffs, essentials, medicines and seeds for the spring sowing campaign, as well as construction materials.
Approaching the Ukrainian border, the convoy will as usual split into two parts, one heading to the Donetsk border crossing point, from where it will travel to Lugansk. The second part of the convoy will cross the Matveyev Kurgan border crossing point, heading for Donetsk.
