The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism has patented a new culinary brand 'Azerbaijan Breakfast', Azerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev said.
"The new brand will be presented during and after the European Games in Azerbaijan, firstly in several hotels, then in all hotels of Azerbaijan. The brand will be created according to the rules of Azerbaijani cuisine," APA cited the minister.
The ministry will recommend hotels to offer tourists Azerbaijani meals. "I hope that after the presentation of the brand, we will see changes in the quality of their services, because tourists like our cuisine offered to them during events and competitions in the country," Abulfas Garayev stressed.
