On March 8 Moscow's Basmanny District Court sanctioned the arrests of five defendants in the case: Zaur Dadaev, Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev and Tamerlan Eskerhanov.
However, the alleged killer Zaur Dadayv and Anzor Gubashev were remanded in custody until April 28.
Boris Nemtsov was shot in the center of Moscow on the evening of February 27.
